In certain scenarios you can submit a Field Repair Invoice "FRI" to your local "FSR" - Field Service Representative for labor credit. Discuss this with your Account Manager/FSR team in your local office for more information.
In the event you need to exchange a bad American Standard Home Thermostat for warranty. Use the American Standard Home Control Warranty Form and return with thermostat to your local parts and supply store.
Residential New Construction(RNC), Non Owner Occupied (NOO), Dealer Ownership (VIP) or Light Commercial (LCU)
In Phase 1 we discussed standard everday pricebooks. In certain scenarios you can work with your Account Manager to recieve Quotes for certains types of jobs. See the below guide for more details.

Warranty Credit Request (WCR) can be submitted to get credit for a purchased part that was replaced under limited warranty.

The Preferred Dealer Program (formerly Placemat) is designed to provide American Standard Dealers a comprehensive portfolio of marketing, promotion, incentive, and training options to effectively support and grow American Standard residential equipment sales.
The Sales Plan funds are to be exclusively used to support American Standard programs and products.
