Trane Standard Link technology has a centralized system that interacts with the Trane Diagnostics mobile app, helping to ensure accuracy during the installation process of Variable Speed systems, certifying accurate installation before the team finalizes the installation.

American Standard Diagnostics provides real-time and historical system performance allowing you to remotely monitor a system anytime, anywhere. Imagine every technician having current and historical data for a service call or maintenance at their fingertips without needing a computer, tablet, or hot spot.
Just think about the immense VALUE Diagnostics can add to the dealer’s ability to service the customer’s system, both on site AND remote. Through Diagnostics dealers can see system performance alerts, System Status (including setpoints, humidity, indoor and outdoor temperature, etc.), System Configurations (meaning detailed information on the system components that have been installed), and a 30-day runtime history dashboard shows how the system performed over time and helps pinpoint any issues that may have occurred. Through Diagnostics they can (1) Decide if a truck roll is even necessary to fix a customer’s issue (2) and take the right parts and tools to the job the first time.
