HVAC Training Program for Veterans
We continually hear from our dealers that finding qualified technicians is a top challenge and impacting their business growth. Additionally, we recognize that finding rewarding careers after military service is a top challenge for America’s service members.
Hence why we went on a mission to efficiently bring together the demand for labor and provide the best hands-on HVAC training to our servicemen and servicewomen and ultimately match them with qualifying dealers.
This is why we created the Trade Warriors™ program. This program will essentially bridge the gap between transitioning military veterans and Trane dealers nationwide.
The 8-week HVAC training program will provide active duty servicemen and servicewomen who are within 6 months of separation from the services, or current veterans, to be trained and placed in an HVAC service tech or service installer role with an Trane dealer.
