Warranty/Product Exchange - First 90 Days

Support your customers with a 90 day warranty

We understand how important it is to keep your customers feeling comfortable in their home. At times, there are unusual circumstances that standard protocol and procedure do not adequately address. These unique situations may be resolved through the the 90 Day Warranty Product Exchange. Customer Care dealers can replace outdoor split / packaged units, furnaces, and air handlers when faced with major system leaks, compressor or heat exchanger failures due to manufacturing defects within the first 90 days after installation / startup date.

Please familiarize your company with the process. EEA credits can take a few weeks to process during peak season. Incorrect or missing information will delay the process. Due to supply chain disruption, please consider repair. The replacement of the equipment and the paperwork submission must occur within the 90 days from installation/start-up date.  The program is subject to availability and no substitutions will occur.
